From Influencer outreach to keeping customers on the Swimwear 365 website, it’s all in a day’s work for Ashleigh Berry, Offline Campaign Manager.

After two years of working on the Swimwear 365 brand, Ashleigh Berry knows as thing or two about being an Offline Campaign Manager, which is good because until we found some time to sit down with her, we were a bit unsure what her role was all about!

A huge part of Ashleigh’s role is to keep customers on the website or the app once the Online Campaign Manager has done the job of getting the customer to the brand. Ashleigh works on social media campaigns, regularly engaging with key Influencers to help promote the brand. She is also responsible for leading SMS and email marketing campaigns as well as keeping up to date on what’s trending in the swimwear space.

Following a successful placement year as part of her university course, Ashleigh stayed on part-time when she returned to uni and once she had graduated, she landed her first full-time role. However, being an Offline Campaign Manager wasn’t always on the cards for Ashleigh, she first tried her hand in a buying role, but quickly realised this wasn’t for her.

Her love of campaign management is suited to her skill set, which includes planning and project management and the drive to deliver a great customer experience.
